What we do NOT ask for

There is no account: we do not ask for a name, email, phone or password. We use no analytics, advertising or third-party trackers.

What is saved on your device

It is kept in your browser’s storage and never sent to Drommo:

• Your course progress (lessons, scores, practice minutes and, if you type it, a name for your teacher).
• Whether you asked not to save your chat questions, and the questions waiting for signal to be sent.
• Pages and lessons saved for offline use.
• The AI model, if you download it.

The chat and the tutor

They answer with a model that runs inside your browser. In the English tutor what you type never leaves your device. In the Drommy chat each question and its answer is saved to improve it, without personal data (see below). The conversation on screen is erased when you close it or leave.

What does leave your device

Only two things, and only when there is internet:

• Downloading the AI model: your browser requests it from Hugging Face (huggingface.co) and GitHub, which receive your IP address as with any download.
• Questions to the Drommy chat and their answers: they are stored at Drommo without your name or IP, with names, schools, places, addresses, emails, phone numbers, CURP and social media handles hidden. A person reviews them before they are used to improve Drommy. You can turn it off with «No guardar mis preguntas» at the bottom of the chat.

Technical logs

Like any website, our provider (Cloudflare) receives your IP address when the page loads; we use it only for security and to limit abusive submissions. We never link it to what you share.

Teachers

Teacher mode reads progress files only in the teacher’s browser: they are never uploaded and disappear when the page is closed.

Your choices

You can export or delete your progress from «Mis datos», turn off question saving at any time with «No guardar mis preguntas» at the bottom of the chat, and erase everything by clearing this site’s data in your browser. To ask us to remove a question you shared, email us the exact text (we have no other way to identify it).
